What Is Colon Hydrotherapy ?

Colon Hydrotherapy is referred to as colonic, colon irrigation, high enemas, or colon therapy. Its process is a gentle flow of filtered, temperature-controlled water flowing through a small nozzle that is inserted into the rectum, allowing the water to travel throughout the colon. The water hydrates the feces and promotes the eliminated waste from the body by a gentle push.
The colon is the most neglected and forgotten part of the body. Today, Colonic Hydrotherapy practices emphasizes prevention rather than cure. By eating a proper diet, exercising regularly, and water irrigation, a person can regain and maintain a healthy colon.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Pre-Colonic Therapy
Before your session

Drink plenty of water before having your session.

Do NOT chew gum prior to your session.

Do NOT drink alcohol or fizzy drinks.

Do NOT take laxatives the day of your appointment.

Do NOT eat fast food the day of your appointment.

Refrain from eating any food at least 2 hours before your appointment and continue drinking plenty of water.
Post-Colonic Therapy
After your session

Take a probiotic after your session

Drink plenty of water after having your session

For 24 hours enrich your post-therapy-diet with the following :
- Fruit Smoothies​
Be sure to have your smoothie FREE of milk products, protein and, banana. (Fruit and ice only)
- Cooked Vegetables​
Be sure to have your smoothie FREE of broccoli, cabbage, raw cabbage and salad. (Steamed vegetables only)

- Broth​
Chicken, beef or vegetable broth only.
